Salad of anchovies

Anchovies

Anchovies with cheese and tomato, pate of olives, green pepper and salad.
We will use an chef's knife, a paring knife, and a mellon baller 3 Claveles.


Ingredients and Elaboration for 4 persons


Ingredients:

  • 8 fresh anchovies.
  • 2 green peppers.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • 100 gr of cream cheese.
  • 50 gr of black olives pate.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 salad.
  • Olive oil.
  • Vinegar.
  • Maldon Salt.

Elaboration:

  • Put the anchovies to marinate in vinegar for 15 minutes. Then remove them from the vinegar, dry and reserve..
  • Remove the tomato seeds and reserve.
  • Cut the green pepper into thin slices.
  • Cut the onion into thin julienne.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  • Put olive oil in the salad.

Presentation

Irregularly arrange all the ingredients on a flat plate and finish by adding olive oil and Maldon salt. Add some dried ham, if you want.
