Orders will be sent, from Monday to Friday (working days, only) through CORREOS EXPRESS transport Company.
Orders placed during the weekend wil managed the next working day.
Delivery time is 48 H. in the Peninsula and 72 H. in the Balearic Island.
Once consignment done, three delivery attempts, if delivery failed, the package will be back to Bueno Hermanos, S.A. again.
In case customer would like a new consignment, Customer will take care of derivated expenses.
How can you return and order?
To return an order you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the product you want to return.
You have 14 days from the reception to request the return.
An email with the details of the return will be sent.
All the refund costs will be met by Bueno Hermanos, S.A. providing that the reason for the return is imputable to the company. This is the case when there are manufacturing defects or storage mistakes.
For a correct refund the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- The product must not be used.
- The product must be packed in the same way as it was when received. In case the original package is not available, the new one must be large enough to contain the product.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after its delivery.
If all the conditions are fulfilled Bueno Hermanos, S.A. will refund the cost of your order except the shipping costs of the initial order since the return is not made on the basis of any defect in the product sent. In that case the whole cost will be refunded within 10 working days.
Only those products purchased via Bueno Hermanos, S.A. Online can be returned.
Refunds which Bueno Hermanos, S.A. is taking care of, will be gathered by CORREOS EXPRESS Transports Company. Three reclaim attempts will be done, if reclaim failed, customer should make the delivery at his own.
In order to process your return correctly, you must include the original invoice.
