SHIPPING

We only deliver to addresses in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

The orders will be sent, from Monday to Friday working days, through the transport company Correos Express.

Orders placed during the weekend, or hollidays, will be processed the next working day.

The estimated delivery time is 48 H. in the Peninsula and 72 H. in the Balearic Islands.

Once the shipment has been made, three delivery attempts will be made. If delivery has not been successful, the package will be returned to Bueno Hermanos, S.A. again.

In the event that the customer wishes a new shipment to be made, the cost of this will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Only products purchased at www.3claveles.com can be returned in this way.

To return an order you must send an email to comercial@buenohermanos.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to request the return.

You will receive an email with the details of your return.

All return costs will be paid by Bueno Hermanos, S.A. as long as the reason is attributable to the company. This is considered to be the case whenever production defects or warehouse errors occur.

For the return to be correct, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not be used and in its original packaging.
  • The product/s must be packaged in the same way in which they were received. In the case of not having the same package, it must be large enough to fit the contents.
  • The product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days of receipt.

If all conditions are met Bueno Hermanos, S.A. will refund the cost of your order except the shipping costs of your initial order unless your return is due to defects in the product received. In this case you will be refunded the full cost within a period not exceeding 10 working days.

Returns that are at the expense of Bueno Hermanos, S.A. will be collected by the transport company Correos Express. Three collection attempts will be made, if the collection has not been successful, the customer will have to make the delivery at their own expense.
