Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday (working days, only). The dispatch is fixed in 24 hours.
So as to preview the products added to your cart, click see cart. You will be able to eliminate, add new pairs or finish the purchase.
Once the choice of the products has been finished, go on to the sign in form:
- If you have already purchased before, use your user data and password to avoid the singing-in process.
- If this is the first time you purchase something in Bueno Hermanos, S.A. you will have to sign in.
Fill in or modify the shipment details.
Select the payment method. Bueno Hermanos, S.A. offers two methods:
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB).
If your data are validated, the order will be finished correctly and you will be able to see the purchase confirmation with an order number. This information will also be sent to your e-mail address.
The online sale on www.3claveles.com is available only for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
In order to pay for your purchases, you will be able to use any Visa, American Express or Mastercard-Eurocard credit card. You are able to use Paypal in anycase.

- Expiry date.
- Validation code, which coincides with the 3 last digits of the number in italics printed at the back of the VISA, AMERICAN EXPRES or MASTERCARD credit card.
Orders will be sent, from Monday to Friday (working days, only) through CORREOS EXPRESS transport Company.
Order placed during the weekend will managed the next working day.
Delibery time is 48 h. in the Peninsula and 72 H. in the Balearic Island.
Once consignment done, three delivery attempts, if delivery failed, the package will be back to Bueno Hermanos, S.A. again.
In case customer would like a new consignment, Customer will take care of derivated expenses.
How can you return and order?
To return an order you must send an email to email@example.com indicating the order number and the product you want to return.
You have 14 days from the reception to request the return.
An email with the details of the return will be sent.
All the refund costs will be met by Bueno Hermanos, S.A. providing that the reason for the return is imputable to the company. This is the case when there are manufacturing defects or storage mistakes.
For a correct refund the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- The product must not be used..
- The product must be packed in the same way as it was when received. In case the original package is not available, the new one must be large enough to contain the product.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after its delivery.
If all the conditions are fulfilled Bueno Hermanos, S.A. will refund the cost of your order except the shipping costs of the initial order since the return is not made on the basis of any defect in the product sent. In that case the whole cost will be refunded within 10 working days.
Only those products purchased via Bueno Hermanos, S.A. Online can be returned.
Refunds which Bueno Hermanos, S.A. is taking care of, will be gathered by CORREOS EXPRESS Transports Company. Trhee reclaim attempts will be done, if reclaim failed, customer should make the delivery at his own.
In order to process your return correctly, you must include the original invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
"It recognizes the customer the right of withdrawal the order within 14 calendar days from receipt of the same. After this period, no revocation of orders will be accepted, neither on orders for the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the Client or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, etc. that had been unsealed and / or used by the Client.
