Three Sided Whetstone
- 400: COARSE GRAIN: Is used for returning edges to the original shape.
- 1000: MEDIUM GRAIN: Is used for sharpening and maintaning.
- 6000: FINE GRAIN: Is used for honing cutting edges.
- Stone Flattener: Used to level the uneven surface caused due to repeated use, making it flat.

Using Instruction:
Firstly, soak the stone in the water for 5 minutes, and then put it on a stable surface.
Complete one or both of the following steps depending on how blunt the blades is.
- Step 1
Coarse grain side for coarse sharpening: Used to repair badly damaged blade, suitable for a blunter knife.
Fix angle guide to the appropriate location of knife blade.
Both hands hold the handle and the back of the knife, ceramic part contact the surface of the stone, make knife blade into a fixed angle, move the blade, back and forth over the sharpener by using little pressure.
Generally sharpen the tools with coarse stage every six months or as required.
- Step 2
Medium grain side for re-sharpen, use more gentle pressure, repeat step 1, and
sharpen the blade and restore its shape to a V - cut.
- Step 3
Fine grain side for fine honing, always finish off with this step to remove any burrs that result from the re-edging and rough honing process. Use more gentle pressure, repeat step 1, and repair the edge until smoothly and keenly. Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry it after use and clean the knife sharpener with banister brush.
- Step 4
If stone has the uneven surface, use the flattening diamond stone to level and make it flat.
One hand hold the stone, another hand hold the flattening diamond stone, make the diamond part to touch the surface of the stone, and repair the uneven surface until the surface is flattened.
- After repairing, clean the flattening diamond stone with a soft brush and dry it.
Caution:
Please use the whole surface of stone to keep the consistency when sharpening
