
Anchovies with cheese and tomato, pate of olives, green pepper and salad.
 We will use an chef's knife, a paring knife, and a mellon baller 3 Claveles.
Ingredients and Elaboration for 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 8 fresh anchovies.
 - 2 green peppers.
 - 2 tomatoes.
 - 100 gr of cream cheese.
 - 50 gr of black olives pate.
 - 1 onion.
 - 1 salad.
 - Olive oil.
 - Vinegar.
 - Maldon Salt.
 
Elaboration:
- Put the anchovies to marinate in vinegar for 15 minutes. Then remove them from the vinegar, dry and reserve..
 - Remove the tomato seeds and reserve.
 - Cut the green pepper into thin slices.
 - Cut the onion into thin julienne.
 - Cut the cheese into small cubes.
 - Put olive oil in the salad.
 
Presentation
Irregularly arrange all the ingredients on a flat plate and finish by adding olive oil and Maldon salt. Add some dried ham, if you want.
